Plan looks different
The plan is device-local and is not synchronized. Clearing app data, uninstalling, or using deletion controls removes it permanently because there is no cloud copy.
Frequently asked questions
Does Learning Mosaic need Internet?
No. App content and images are bundled in the installation. The Android manifest contains no Internet permission.
What does the app save?
Only the selected duration, selected module IDs, and explored-module IDs in app-private local preferences.
Can I enter a learner name or note?
No. The planner uses fixed choices and intentionally has no free-text field, learner profile, grade, attendance, diagnosis, or contact field.
How do I clear the local plan?
Open Plan from the right-edge index and choose Clear plan only.
How do I clear everything?
Open Marks and choose Clear all local data, then confirm. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling also removes the local state.
Will Android back up the plan?
No. Cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for this app.
Can the app send email or open source links?
No. The Android app displays source addresses as static text and has no email, browser, upload, or export action.
What if text is hard to read?
Use Android font-size and display-size controls. The interface uses scalable text, descriptive selectors, high contrast, and touch targets designed for accessibility.
Is tabletop mode a recording feature?
No. It simply presents one bundled step and illustration at a time. It does not use the camera or microphone.
